LLC SPA Sibelectroshield is a member of the uncommercial partnership Siberian Energy Auditors. It offers the Customers its services dealing with the power facilities survey in order to estimate the condition of the equipment and structures as well as to work out measures to reduce costs on fuel and energy resources.

This survey is one of the objective pre-conditions for the costs optimization for maintaining the facilities in operable state and for ensuring the maintainability of the installations, systems and devices. It may also help make a decision while determining the terms and scope of the reconstruction or technical re-equipment work.

Model screening programs worked out by the SPA Sibelectroshield experts on the basis of experience in design, construction, reconstruction and technical re-equipment of substations, provides:

· Collection of the initial data about a particular facility on the basis of the design documentation, operational schemes, acts of investigation into the causes of failures and disturbances of equipment, reports on load measurements, etc.

· Analysis of the initial data and drafting of the facility survey work program, determining the need for special tools and equipment.

· Elaboration of the accident prevention measures.

· Surveys of the particular types of equipment, devices and systems, as well as the construction part; drafting of the expert reports on the state of equipment.

· Compiling of a report based on the survey results, elaboration of measures to improve reliability and efficiency of work, elaboration of recommendations on renovation or re-equipment.

· If necessary, the invited specialists of the leading research centers with the appropriate diagnostic equipment join the survey.

To the report on the survey results, preliminary calculations of the cost of design and construction and assembly operations for reconstruction and technical re-equipment of the substation are attached.
