LLC SPA Sibelectroshield offers the following services dealing with the power facilities maintenance:
· guarantee maintenance of the electrical equipment delivered and installed on a turnkey basis by LLC SPA Sibelectroshield;
· service maintenance (seasonal, preventive, technical inspections, primary commissioning, and periodic preventive tests and measurements);
· training of the Customer’s operational staff for the work with the installed electrical equipment;
· overhaul of electrical installations on a turnkey basis;
Qquality of the maintenance and services is ensured by:
· trained and certified personnel who can take measurements and high voltage tests of electrical equipment;
· mobile electrotechnical laboratory;
· trained and certified electricians performing the preventive works to maintain the electrical equipment in operable state;
· logistic support;
· personnel trained in training centers of the electric equipment manufacturers, with a right to train the Customer’s electricians.
The warranty period on all the installation and check-out works performed by LLC SPA Sibelectroshield is not less than 24 months. The warranty on the equipment is reflected in the attached documents.
The warranty period on the produced equipment is from 2 to 5 years.
Quality of delivered equipment and efficient engineering work provide a reliable and long-term operation of power facilities of the Customer’s company.
